Device Support: Supported devices and simultaneous-use limits depend on the selected plan and the provider’s current rules.

Writing Assistance: Check grammar, spelling, punctuation, clarity, and tone while writing.

Rewrite Tools: Improve sentences and adjust wording with available premium suggestions.

Supported Apps: Use supported browser, desktop, and document integrations.

Plan Limits: AI prompts, advanced checks, and usage limits follow the selected plan.

Delivery Time: Most orders are delivered within 10 minutes to 6 hours after payment and required verification. Some products or plans may take up to 24 hours when this is stated before delivery.

Support Response: ThinkDigita normally responds and starts working on a solution within 10 minutes to 6 hours during published support hours.

Warranty: Warranty and replacement support normally follow the selected plan validity. Any plan without warranty will be clearly marked before purchase.

Refund Policy: For a standard-delivery order, if ThinkDigita cannot deliver the product or provide a working solution within 6 hours, the customer may request a refund. If the selected product clearly states a delivery time of up to 24 hours, that stated time applies. Plans marked “No Warranty” do not include a remaining-days refund after successful delivery. An approved refund may take up to 7 business days to process.
