Account & Email: Shared plans use a ThinkDigita-managed email or account. Personal or Private plans may be activated on the customer’s email or delivered as private access when stated in the selected plan.

Available Validity: 1 Month / 1 Year

Device Support: Supported devices and simultaneous-use limits depend on the selected plan and the provider’s current rules.

Creative Apps: Use supported Adobe apps such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, Acrobat Pro, and more.

Creative Workflows: Work with photo editing, graphic design, video, documents, and other supported creative tasks.

Cloud Features: Cloud storage, libraries, fonts, and syncing depend on the selected Adobe plan.

Current App Access: Access available app updates while the subscription remains active and the device is compatible.

Delivery Time: Most orders are delivered within 10 minutes to 6 hours after payment and required verification. Some products or plans may take up to 24 hours when this is stated before delivery.

Support Response: ThinkDigita normally responds and starts working on a solution within 10 minutes to 6 hours during published support hours.

Warranty: Warranty and replacement support normally follow the selected plan validity. Any plan without warranty will be clearly marked before purchase.

Refund Policy: For a standard-delivery order, if ThinkDigita cannot deliver the product or provide a working solution within 6 hours, the customer may request a refund. If the selected product clearly states a delivery time of up to 24 hours, that stated time applies. Plans marked “No Warranty” do not include a remaining-days refund after successful delivery. An approved refund may take up to 7 business days to process.
