Account & Email: ThinkDigita activates the licensed product on one WordPress website. A separate license key is provided only when the selected plan clearly includes one.

Device Support: Single-website activation unless the selected plan clearly states a different limit.

Compatibility: The customer must use a compatible WordPress, PHP, theme, plugin, and hosting setup.
🚚 Delivery, Support, Warranty & Refund
Activation Time: Activation is normally completed within 10 minutes to 6 hours after payment and receipt of the required temporary WordPress access.
Website Access: Temporary WordPress administrator access is required for activation. The customer may remove this access after activation is completed and checked.
Support Response: ThinkDigita normally responds and starts troubleshooting within 10 minutes to 6 hours during published support hours.
Warranty: A 1-year activation warranty is included. It covers activation or re-activation support, but not custom development, website errors, or conflicts caused by unrelated themes and plugins.
Refund Policy: If ThinkDigita cannot complete activation or provide a working solution within 6 hours after receiving the required website access, the customer may request a refund. An approved refund may take up to 7 business days to process.
